If you do a SEARCH on it, the torpedoes just make it worse. The Panshi was built to be anit-pop without torpedoes, and I believe that they added them as an afterthought for marketing.

Which free iOS cube timer is the best? And which paid one is the best? I've heard good reviews of a few with iitimer (I think that's its name) possibly getting the most praise but which would you guys recommend?

No good free one that I have tried but there's Chaotimer, iiTimer, and FiveTimer they all cost around $1-$2.

I recommend CubingTimer (gray logo). It's a pretty good timer, but it lacks scrambles for any cube other than 3x3, and for some reason you can only do sessions of 12 solves, after that you have to reset it.

The One Answer Question Thread

I like CubeTimer, you can save multiple sessions, so I have a session for each puzzle and start new ones every month. It keeps track of best mo3, mo5, ao5 and ao12. It also has scramblers for all WCA puzzles plus 8x8 - 11x11. It will keep track of BLD, OH and feet solves from other solve types on the same puzzle. No other timers I've tried have the ability to save and store this many sessions.

Shengshou v4 core misalignment

inb4 you didn't use the search function. I searched everywhere on google, youtube, and this forum and could not find anything on this subject.

My Shengshou v4 4x4 (Black) is having the same problem as the v-cube 6x6 when it originally came out. The core misaligns every 2-3 moves. This is really weird because my two friends just bought this exact cube (we bought 3 of them from cubicle.us); I tried both of theirs and they do not have this problem whatsoever. Did I just get a bad cube? Does anyone else have this problem? Help is appreciated.

The hidden core is too long, and the components is too closed with the central axis when you have assembled. That is to say, the spring havn't been compressed, that's why it became loose and misalignment
I suppose it's the same with many cubers.

I'm getting "Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" when I try to find the cx3-1 pages that I've been keeping an eye on. Is that just my computer or is there something going on???

The threads are removed, it isn´t a problem at your end.
