M' is (arguably) easier to do than M. You flick it with from the BD sticker towards yourself

For M, I just use my ring finger and middle finger to flick from the back of the cube. How do I flick the M'?

What you're describing is M', you've got your notation mixed up :p

There's a few ways to do M, you can push upwards on the DB sticker, you can do r' R or R r', or you can push BU with your index finger.

Sometimes i press down on FD with my little finger, Especially if I have to do M' U M for example, then my fingers are in correct position for that.

Speed Stacks timer Pro version (gen 3, I think?) goes to the third decimal place. When using just two decimal places, is the standard to round up/down depending on the last digit or simply leave off the last digit?

Simply chop off the last digit so as to get consistency with the results obtained for 2 decimal places

I'm new to the 4x4x4 and I can't find much info on this scenario...

I have the first 3 layers solved. The top layer (yellow) only has the middle 4 solved. ALL of the edges and corners are not yellow. Where the heck do I go from here? I put each edge on the correct side it should be on, but they're all flipped. I know the alg to flip a single edge but I'd prefer not to do that 4 times :) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

edit: the alg I memorized for flipping 1 edge pair is this - r2 B2 U2 l U2 r' U2 r U2 F2 r F2 l' B2 r2.

Totally answering my own question... I forgot to do the "top cross" alg from the standard 3x3x3 solve. Annnnddd my true noobness is showing.

Does anyone know if the fasttech.com 3x3x5 and 2x2x1 actually work? Crazybadcuber said a few weeks ago that a lot of 3x3x5's are actually frauds and fakes. That the top 2 and bottom 2 layers are glued together.

Does anyone know of a US vendor selling translucent (semi-clear/tinted) 3x3x3 stickers? I want a set for a novelty clear cube.

There are a few old threads on this, but the links are dead. And my normal sticker vendors don't have translucent.

Thanks.
