i sometimes get corner twists on accident when im doing PLL, and iwas wondering if i didn't fix the corner twist before i stop the timer, is that a DNF?

Tighten it, this will fix the problem you're having. When I have it loose then the corners kind of catch onto something and it locks and splits.
A second option would be to mod it somehow, but I recommend the first option.
Hi, I've been cubing for about a week now and my average is about 1:10. I'm currently practising F2L and starting a bit with the PLL's.
Is this good after a weeks of practise or should I practise something else than this?
Thanks

Sounds fine to me. Though I might suggest staying away from the timer entirely for awhile until you feel like you are more comfortable with F2L. The reason is to allow yourself to think as clearly and calmly as possible while working on figuring out all the F2L cases and getting used to them; sometimes the pressure of the timer can lead you to bad habits when you can't figure out an efficient solution to a case on the spot and then decide to use a long, bad solution instead of stopping to think longer because you don't want to get a bad time. I think I stayed away from the timer for a week or two when I was transitioning from a beginner method to 'advanced' F2L, and I received a very pleasant surprise when I saw the times I got once I resumed use of the timer.
As far as learning last layer algs goes, just progress at a relatively comfortable pace. If you aren't too too busy in your life and know you can commit to at least some amount of practice every day, then try to push yourself a little more than you think your memory can handle, but don't stress if/when you suddenly forget an alg you thought you knew. I guarantee you will get better at learning algs over time, as you get more used to recognizing triggers (short sequences of moves within algs that can be performed really quickly) and patterns in the pieces (perhaps watching how the F2L pieces get moved around during an OLL or PLL alg, and comparing/constrasting these movements in different algs).
If you aren't yet, make sure you are pretty comfortable with all the 2-look OLL and 2-look PLL algs before you begin to learn 1-look PLL. (And yes, definitely learn full PLL before full OLL, I think it's much more useful, and it's way fewer algs as a bonus). Remember that while you are learning algs, practice those algs every day outside of regular solves until you feel comfortable with them. Experience and time will gradually free you of this necessity of daily alg drilling.
