Thanks 5BLD and Xishem!

Another question, since I CFOP and i'm not fully accustomed to the blocks yet, how do you solve these cases for second block?
setup:
1. R U R' U2 R U R' U R U' R
2. R U r' U' r M' U2 R'

since i don't know the best way to do these "awkward" cases, for #1 i've been doing the 2 gen alg, and for #2 i just do M to orient the edge and then do CFOP.

1.U2R'U'RU'R2 [you should know this for cfop!]
2.U'FURU'R'F'RU'R' or the inverse of your setup

OLL practice, etc.

I'm looking for a method for OLL practice, preferably on the computer, where I can shuffle OLLs and practice on recognition. I know those OLL training programs look awesome but I'm on a Mac. :( Help.

Thanks in advance.

Can anyone please tell me that how to become color neutral..?
i have found this link.. http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?34655-My-Tips-for-Becoming-Color-Neutral
i m following the schedule which is given there should i completely follow it (yellow cross for 4 days, blue cross for 4 days..etc) or i should try anything else..?
Help Please..
THANKS

You average 35 seconds, it probably wouldn't take you long to go CN if you just decided to solve CN. The schedule may work, but it's probably not necessary.

The way I'd do it is to solve the best cross, and only the best cross. If you start choosing colours randomly you lose valuable look-ahead and ultimately end up handicapping your times.

Best to lose seconds learning to be CN than forcing a 15 move cross because your "colour of the day" was blue.

i am working on CN but it significantly increased my average to 40 seconds..is it all right..?
practicing blue cross right now...i have a big problem in look ahead in CN..i have to waste 3-5 seconds in between every f2l pairs... :(
