Is speedsolving.com down on mobile for everyone, or just me? I've been unable to access these forums from my phone for about 2 days now. It just comes up with a white screen. I've even gone through google and tried accessing specific posts, or the non-mobile version of the site; to no avail.

Yeah, it happened to me too... It annoys me sooo much :(

yeah this is something i'd like to know as well.

How do you get "Member" changed to something else? Under the username, I mean.
Like Mike Hughey is "Super Moderator" or something, I think. Godmil and Carson are "Premium Member"; Brest is "Super Reconstructer"; CubeNovice is "Forever Slow"; Noahaha is "blind"; etc.

I want ta know too

To become a premium member, click "More" in the menu above, then click premium membership.

Moderator, Super Moderator, and Administrator statuses refer to their ability to beat you, ban you, and insult your sister's honor... don't mess with them! No seriously, they are the helpful ones.

To get a custom status, you just have to be cool...

You donate 5$ to the site which automatically turns you into a "premium member", then if you PM an admin they can change your username or the saying below it.

I want to do it but I am already looked apon in a negative manner which would further be enhanced by having "Emo" under my username.

Edit: Damn you Carson.

Oh yeah, I noticed that too. Not sure why it's not working. Confirmation on the error though.

For me: The portal seems to be down, but the forums still work fine. On Android 4.0.4, everything works fine if I use http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/

Edit: Tried using Dolphin, Chrome, and the default Android browser, works fine in all.

Edit: Damn you Carson.

:)

Why type of feel does the Lun Hui have and is it as good as the other Dayan cubes? I mean, Guhong = pure smooth, Zhanchi = more controlled smooth, Lingyun = crisp, Lun Hui = ?
It is difficult to describe the feel of cubes, but I will try. Where a Zhanchi feels very "clicky" and almost "fragile" (not that it is, it just feels like that to me), the Lun Hui is very smooth (not clicky) and feels very meaty and sturdy. It is a much quieter cube the Zhanchi, quieter than most cubes in fact. For my turning style, the Lun Hui is a little slower. Though the Zhanchi is pretty pop-resistant, I still manage to pop it on occasion. I rarely ever manage to get a pop with my Lun Hui, however, and then it is only when I get carried away. Right now, I use Zhanchis for speedsolving and a Lun Hui for BLD due to the added control and low chances of popping.

Yep, gotta be premium member first.
But note that you can change username or quote only once
(except for changes in moderator status I assume)

Thanks, I loveee my lingyun, I was wondering because it seems like the Lun Hui is kind of a flop that not many cubers use for their main (but maybe I am mistaken).

My lunHui would be my main if it was full size. You can run them so loose and they are lovely.

Is it worth learning someone else's 2 side PLL recognition, or in time will my brain just figure it out?

ELL for megaminx? I just found out that you can't convert the <RU> u-perm to megaminx, or if you can, then I don't know how. I had to resort to beginners method (sune for EP, RUR'U' for corners [Orient and permute])

What website can graph some solves by copy and pasting a session. I just did a session of 250, so I am kind of curious to see what will happen. gqtimer's graphing did not work for me and cubmania did not work either.
