Learning F2L Question

Hello, my average for solving the cube was roughly 40 seconds until I started F2L. Now my times are in the minute range. I'm worried that this is unnatural.
P.S. I use 4 Look Last Layer too

This is, contrary to unpopular belief, quite natural.

You see, as your knowledge and amount of practice of the first two layers step in the Fridrich method, or CFOP if you prefer, increases, your times for bring the 3x3x3 cubic puzzle from a random scrambled position to its solved state will decrease. However, in the early stages of developing this "F2L" knowledge, it is quite common that the cuber-in-training see a sudden increase in the times recorded. Why, might you ask? The reason is that you are taking longer to comprehend and then apply the new technique whilst solving your puzzle during a timed session. This will, in the long run, be advantageous to you and your times as you will experienced the aforementioned decrease in your completion times. Your improvement, as ironic as it may seem as it relates to this body of text, will just take "time".
Also, continue to memorize and practice the orientation of the last layer and permutation of the last layer algorithms. Once you have acquired full knowledge of these algorithms and can sufficiently perform them in timely manner (that is, without much struggle or hesitation at any given point in the sequence of moves), you will see yet another decrease in your solution times. I wish you the best of luck.

Practice bro.

any tips on "OLL 22 (Name: pi, Bruno, wheel, T-shirt)"
This is the alg I use: R U2 R2' U' R2 U' R2' U2 R (i do R2 instead of R2')
any tricks for quick double R turns would be helpful
i've tried rotating the cube but didn't help much.

The fastest way to do that alg is to do it like it's written there, with the first R2 being done as R2'. It's also good to alternate the direction of your R2s.

I think my way might be slightly faster, but who knows?

at 1:59ish I do that OLL. I use the Mirror in this case, which is faster for me than the (R U2 R2' U' R2 U' R2' U2 R) you guys are using.
I mainly grip the L layer very carefully and turn my wrist like some sort of Jackie Chan robot while my right pointer finger pushes the U layer around like a spider playing croquet.

Is there an understandable tutorial out there that explains center commutators clearly?

Chuck's tuts are extremely good but it's in Indonesian. You may find the trouble to translate well worth it because of the comprehensiveness. I may have a shot at it :)

Pretty sure Bogyo. Not sure about the averages, but I don't think anyone's that insane to do an avg12 :p

My cubes are getting slow in 2days after lubrication.

I got dayan guhong and zhanchi that i ordered assembled from speedcubeshop. i lubed them 2 days ago with silicon spray, but now they are getting a lot slower than it was at first day. i lubed them by unassembling the cube, sprayed whole cube and put them back right away. thanks

new cube or practice with the older one?

(3*3) I know the full fredrich method except of full OLL, i use 2 look OLL but i still average around 70 seconds. But i have a very ordinary type of cube. Is there any room for improvement or should i buy a new one and practice on that? plz suggest a good quality cube as well, that turn well, dont pop and dont get loose quickly.

Try to improve your lookahead. A new cube will of course help and I had recommended a DaYan ZhanChi or a DaYan Guhong!
