what is better, halfords silicone lubricant or the maplin silicone grease with PTFE, also will they work well?

also is there a place in the uk, in shops, not online, where you can buy shock oil or differential oil?

Shock and Diff oil are bought in Hobby shops, such as that do model trains and remote controlled cars and that like.

Couldn't tell you I'm afraid, I've never heard of either of them, and can't find enough info out about them. They may both be comparable to jig a loo, or crc, or whatever spray others use, but they could also have lots of nasty stuff in them. :(
My honest opinion would be to leave them both alone and wait until you've got some shock/dif oil (or maru/lubix).

Is there a scambler that outputs a list of scramles, say 100 of them, in pure HTML format? I want to copy and past the scrambles into a spreadsheet so that I can print them onto 2 or 3 pages. The WCA scramblers produces the scrambles, but putting them into a spreadsheet causes the cells to be huge.

You don't need to code them in HTML to get them to be printable.

If they aren't in the same line, i'd just add <pre> (scrambles here) </pre>.

Add the <pre> and </pre>

Then go print. Easy as that. I assume you can open notepad, paste that crap in there, save as .html, load up, and print.

Bonus points for you dude! Thank you so much! chances are the power will go out some time this weekend because of hurricane Irene, and I really want to have some scrambles ready as a just in case!
