why would you prefer some screw, springs, and cores over other ones? And, do you guys have any tips on more accurate turning? My C4U cube keeps locking up.

i got a little sand in my guhong and it doesnt feel the same how do you reccomend i clean it. Should i get some water and soap and let the pieces clean themselves in the mixture, should i also add the core, should i take apart the core?

completely disassemble the cube, including the screws springs and core. wash all the pieces in soap and water, rinse, and then let them dry (except the screws and springs, make sure to hang dry those). after everything is dry, reassemble and lube

if you're doing inspection for CFOP, and you see two cross pieces already in, but theyre in the wrong permutation (blue to the right of red on white cross, for example), would you put the other cross pieces in and then do M2 U2 M2, or would you replace one of the cross pieces to get the right permutation and then finish the cross?

Depends on which one I think I could do faster, sometimes it's just M2 U2 M2 but sometimes I do the other. Mostly it's the other, due to the fact for the last part of the cross (switching them up to make it correct) I can lookahead for the first F2L pair.

whats hang dry and It deppends on the situation. If finishing the cross easily lets me switch the pieces then i would if not then m2 u2 m2

I just decided to perfect the finger tricks of my OLL algs .
I saw different types of videos on youtube, chose what suited me from them. My sune (RUR') U (R U2 R') is completely right handed , i dont do the double flick, just two triggers , joined by a U from the ring finger. (my sune averages around 1.1 )
My anti sune (RU2R') U'R U'R' has everything except the U' from the right hand. (my antisune averages sub1)
Is this fine or should i change my execution to more left hand dominant? I dont care about the struggle involved if its worth it, Starting with the OLLs, i slowly want to make the execution of all my algorithms near perfect

No need for left hand dominance unless you want to do OH. I do the sune the same way you do and average like .6, so its clearly just practice.
