Actually for me they appear as chinese characters...

How do you generate a picture like the one above?

That's funny, cause you should have seen how to do it when you quoted the post...
There is a forum tag where you type in an alg and it generates the cube for you... that one is this:

cube]size=100&pzl=3&alg=LUL'U'LUL'U'LUL'U'LU'L'U2RUR'[/cube

but with square brackets at the start and end.

How is it bad use COLL on Roux instead on CMLL?

It's not inherently bad, after all it solves the same pieces. However, COLL uses more moves than CMLL based on the fact that it needs to preserve F2L as well as U layer edge orientation. CMLL only needs to preserve F2B which takes fewer moves. The fewer moves you have, the faster you can go. But, COLL can still be used, and used quickly. In some situations, it may even be better to use (such as if all LSE edges are already oriented before CMLL).

For you sub-15 cubers, when you guy's were literally touching the barrier to sub 15 how did you break it? I mean when you are getting some 12 and 13 second solves and a lot of 14,15, and 16 second solves.

I just would force myself to turn faster, loads of times I noticed during solving I could be turning faster then what I actually was doing. So I would just make a conscious effort to turn faster and after a bit of practice it went sub15.

I don't know if that would be for everybody, but it worked for me.
