In May, he began to develop a social life with friends. Around June, he started dating some girls, and by July, he had a girlfriend.
All his time went down the drain and he began to enjoy hanging out with her more than cubing.

Around September, he met a new girl, who completely swept him off his feet and he began to pursue a relationship with her.
She was his friend with benefits, and those 4 months were the best of his life.
Half the week, when he wasn't at school, he was at her house, and it was wonderful.
She even drew his speedsolving avatar.

He had completely neglected the cube and forgotten 80% of ZBLL, and 75% of ZBF2L.
But he didn't care, because he thought he was happy. ;_____;

Then she left him, and he was miserably sad.

So in order to cope with the sadness, he started cubing again, and by tomorrow, he will know all of Sune and Anti-Sune subsets.
He still knows 2GLL and a good fraction of the T set.

Hi everybody! I'm sure this will be a over-written question but..

Which cube do you suggest for starting speedcubing? Do you think it's a waste of money buying a nice cube in my position?
(I'm kinda new, I only know the layer method and i was learning the petrus, but i get annoyed when resolving it gets stucked!)

I found these (I don't really understand the difference..):
http://www.puzl.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=319{8}24{10}38
http://www.puzl.co.uk/competition-standard-speed-cube-p-92.html

also I found this one:

Any comments or suggestions? Remeber that I live in Italy.. xD
I was surprised by the low rates of shipping from puzl.co.uk!

Thanks a lot!! :o

Chris, when you did know full ZB, what did you average?

Sadly, I never knew all the ZBF2L sets at the same time.
One of my biggest regrets.

ZB was really variable, because a bad ZBF2L case followed by a bad ZBLL would create an outlier in the average. Similarly, a good ZBF2L case followed by a good ZBLL would make another outlier.

I'll conservatively say 17. Quite slow.
