Question: What's the difference between the Mefferts megaminx and the MF8 megaminx?

I'm left handed but do with right hand.

Mechanism. It's like asking the difference between a type a 3x3 and a type b 3x3. Different looking pieces. Also, Meffert's is smaller and heavier. It doesn't pop and is generally better than the MF8.

I recently bought an Alpha V off eBay and I'm not sure whether it is a knock-off or whether it's real. On the white side, the stickers are all the same as the rest of the cube besides the centre one which is slightly smaller, make of different material and has a plastic film on the top that comes off easily. I have never had an Alpha V before so i don't have anything to compare it to. Is this how all Alpha V's are or is this a knock-off?

Anyone? I really need to know because I'm selling this cube to someone else who wants to know whether it's real or not.

Anyone with a Guhong think its worth getting? I got a CIII but I hate my CII and I want to know which one to order if the CIII locks up as much as this ****ty CII :/ (maybe ghosthand..)

Yes, there is but it comes off with the plastic film.

Yes, there is but it comes off with the plastic film.

My Alpha V came with a logo that had plastic film over it but the logo didnt come off with it. I would suggest checking the shape of the pieces against photos of Alpha V pieces.

I don't get it: Lightake is owned by Popbuying, and they're basically the same thing, yet Lightake agreed to never sell Maru 4x4s again, but Popbuying still do. Why?

yes, guhong is worth getting. but try to find a lube that doesn't dry so fast. like shock oil or silicone oil

Hey everyone, I'm thinking about learning MGLS, but am not sure if I want to learn all of the ELS cases considering the amount of CLS cases. I figured I could just insert the edge correctly then do ELS to flip the remaining edges. Do you think all the ELS cases are necessary or can I just learn what I mentioned before?
