Does any of the well known cubers on youtube have a guide for 3op blindsolving the 3x3. (fiveawesomecubers, frk17) Besides thrawst and badmephisto

AFAIK, there aren't any decent ones on youtube yet, so you'll have to stick with macky's guide on cubefreak.net (best IMO).

If you have a decent understanding of what orientation and permutation are, and you know your a-perms and the R U R' U'/R' D' R D (and inverse) commutators, it's a really easy method to understand. The other 3 cycle that's helpful to learn is really easy too. (R2 D R2 D' R2 [U2] x2)

Can someone get me an UNDERSTANDABLE human Thistlewaite method tutorial?

The only one I know of is the one with that guy who stutters a lot (no offense to him, I stutter too). Have you seen that one?

i'm not sure....link plz?

i know there's like one standard text tutorial, but it goes about explaining in a too technical way....i couldn't understand it :P

I want to get into making some cubing videos.
What webcam do you guys think would have a good video quality and has the frame rate to keep up with the cube?

Well, human Thistlewaite is very theory heavy. I don't know how much it can be 'dumbed down', so to speak.

Maybe this has already been asked here, but I don't want to read through 765 pages..... What is the UWR for Teraminx? Not counting computer simulations.

Looking through YT videos, I believe ben holds UWR right now.

I was wondering because my record is 61:59.46. Could this be the UWR? Unfortunately I do not have a camera that records video, so I can't upload anything to youtube or anywhere:mad:

And thank you to both people who replied so quickly!

Maybe. You gotta have proof. I could say my Teraminx record iw UWR cause it's 30.15 minutes

Err... how is a video proof? Anyway, it's unofficial world records for a reason. It doesn't need proof, it just requires honesty.

For videos going to youtube, you might wanna get an actual camcorder.

Neverthought of doing it that way :fp
Thanks Ed, I'll check out some camcorders :D
Don't get me wrong now, a good quality webcam will cover more ground in terms of video stuff (like for skype, and other video chat things).
