Is it worth it to get a QJ (or Stackmat) timer instead of just using a computer timer?

A portable timer is VERY useful. However, do not get a QJ.

You're not going to give a reason?
However, I would recommend the Speed Stacks brand Stackmat Timer from personal experience. It is indeed a very good timer.

and I think QJ is a KO of Stackmat? Either way I remember the huge argument a while back about the accuracy, dunno how that turned out. I'd just buy a Stackmat, (btw some cubers sell used stackmats for a really cheap price, I'm buying one for five bucks :D Canadian Dollar)

Tell..... me ...... WHO?

lol Eric Limeback, he's not very active on the forum but he goes to my school :D just saying that look out for opportunities like that, and get to know more cubers :p
Lucky to know a cuber around your area. In Gainesville, all I know is Edward and Brian Loftus :) I need a stackmat, does anyone have one?

I am by you.

I meant in Gainesville, but I can consider Florida near. DO you have a stackmat? lol

Yes not for sale though.
Mine battery actually just died this morning.

Question.
EDIT:My green and red light is flashing, And when I hit the power button it does nothing, and the numbers aren't on the screen what is wrong?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the QJ timer debate was settled at "there's no difference."

But if anyone has an old timer they'd be willing to sell, I'm interested.

My cross sucks alot, should I go full colour neutral? Will this increase my chances for an easy cross? And I am currently averaging 22-23 sec. Thanks.

Color neutrality increases the chances of getting an easy cross, but it makes F2L a whole lot harder. Thats why I practice a lot and don't improve that much.

No, it's not a KO. It's a different design. And the accuracy is the same as the Speedstacks timer.
