Yes. However, according to Jai, you cannot use the stackmats (but using your own is fine I think) in the 2010 regulation which has not been implemented yet.

2) For the A-IIs, does the washer comes before the spring, ie <[]--SSSS where < = head of screw, [] = washer and SSS = thread

1. Dont cut centers. Ever.

2. There should be 2 washers on every screw.

Ok I took off all the centers on my chinaminx and I modded the corners and loosened the screws but I have to put the centers on back in the right color scheme so can someone tell me the way they go on?
