Which Mods should I apply to a Pillowed 6x6x6?

Most of the mods are already done (if its a yj) the only one you need to do is the pi-mod. The inner edges and corners were already sanded and the 2 inner corners were already glued to the core.

It's a Diansheng. I think. It's this one.

that one looks like mine. If you seperate the middle layers and look around, you should be able to find 2 "glued" peices that were just made as a part of the core. Mine is on the red side, but that could change.

What should I be looking for when I'm trying to lookahead with Frank Morris edge pairing.. Is there anything you look for? middle edges or outer edges? Is there any nice technique or do I just need to practise to understand it?

I want to buy some mirror blocks (bump cubes) are these as good as the Rubik's brand ones? Also, what are the best mirror blocks to buy?

My HaiYan is frighteningly fast. At the tightest tension, it turns significantly faster than my Dayan. I like it, but it still pops quite a bit. Is this just supposed to be scary fast and pop often or did I assemble it wrong or something? I've got one washer before the screw because that's how I've build every other cube, but this one seems WAY too loose.

Here, I really want an answer, but I don't want to make a thread. If you answer this question, and I tell anyone about it, I'll be sure to mention you.

If you have all 3 f2l pairs + cross completed, and a pair (plus an extra corner) right above it's slot, how many combinations of the other corners are there? This includes permutation and orientation, and it would be extremely nice if you told me the mirrors, too. Remember, there is a corner half solved (only R'/L away from solved, with the empty slot facing you) and an f2l pair connected to it, and I don't care about edges. Even if you don't know the exact answer, an accurate guess would be great.

Once again, you would be a great help, and you could get an honorable mention.
EDIT: an example is the scramble D2 R2 B2 U' B2 D2 L2 F2 L2 B2 D' R2 U2 F2 U' L' B2 R D2 U2 R, where you can see the f2l + corner block.

This sound like the winter variation to me (but I may be wrong), and I believe its 27 cases excluding mirrors and such.
