On CCT 3x3 scrambles, why is there ALWAYS a 2x2x2 block done? Does it think I'm a Petrus master and is trying to get me lucky solves?!?!
Cause if I compare these solves to random-bystander/fan-solves, I'm gonna cry to myself.

CCT never gives me a 2x2x2 block. If everything it F,U,R, then you are using 2x2 scrambles by accident. Otherwise, something weird is happening.

I average consistently at about 31 seconds. I've been at this time for about a month... How can I improve my times for sub 30? I use 2 look PLL and I'm learning full OLL.

What else helps?

Learn one-look PLL. It helps a lot more than one-look OLL and is half as many algs.

Yeah, full PLL is probably a much bigger priority then full OLL.

Improving F2L is much more hepful IMO. Just don't do timed solves and get the cases that you don't like and play around with it to find a faster way.

Is there a 6x6 centres tutorial? I average around 1:45 but can't seem to get faster.

Yup. I'm using 2x2 scrambles. Which means I never did sub 30.

How can I improve my LL without learning full OLL?
If I can improve my LL to about 4 seconds, I can be sub 16...

If you can already turn to a good tps (say, 5-7), then the only real ways I see that you can improve on is:

1) learn da OLL's narb!!!! But you obviously don't want to. :D
2) Improve your algs. Go through each alg and look through the wiki if there's better one (if you haven't already)
3) Just let time allow you to improve it. This is what I did. Simply practicing allowed me to recognize cases faster and I naturally developed better fingertricks without me even knowing it.

PLL time attacks work for some people... but I've never seriously done them.

When doing the first 3BLD of this week's competition (U2 L2 R2 U F2 D2 B2 U2 R2 B' R D2 U2 R2 B R2 F' U L' B R) using old Pochmann edges and cube oriented Yellow on U, Orange on F, I see my first edge to solve in the buffer position (UR) is flipped. I tried to flip as a single edge cycle but it flipped the second piece (at UL)! Should I have ignored its orientation and started with another piece hoping that (or rather "safe in the knowledge that") the flip would correct itself?

I also have the same problem, my F2L is around 7-11 seconds, yet I average around 15.

I also have the same problem. My F2L is around 12-14 seconds yet I average around 20-22.
