Is 1:3:2 [EOline:F2L:LL] (seconds) good for a speed ZZ solve.

Are your times better when you scream, shout, or yell? I was just wondering this, I would be really interested in seeing the results. If you wanted to, you could do 10 solves, make the odd numbered ones into an average of 5, make the even ones into an average of 5, and then compare them.

Is that an optimal (or close to optimal) 4x4 program that I can use for finding algs under 12 moves (preferably graphical)?

How fast should my EPLL's get?

How do people do R2' U? I'm not talking about R2 U, I can do that just find. I've seen a lot of peole mention the R2' U or R'2 U trigger and I don't understand how to do it without regriping or breaking my wrist.

I haven't really heard of this, but I imagine you grip the cube with your right pointer finger on the FRD corner piece and your right thumb on the BR edge piece. So your hand is in an awkward position, but if you let your arm snap back into place (doing the R2') and then your pointer finger is positioned for a U. Basically position your hand on the cube as if your doing a U, then, without moving your hand, do an R2. Then snap back into place for a R2' U.

Yea, I've seen it a lot recently.

my 3x3x4 L R U and D layers turn fine. The u and d (inner two layers) however turn horridly.

Any suggestions on how to make this better, i'm a strong advocate of practice and breaking in, but this just seems odd that only these layers have a problem.

Thanks for the help.

when in doubt, sand lube and lube some more.

Do the stackmat timers in competitions have to have the mat?

I want a new puzzle (as usual) that I can figure out on my own. I find that if I have a puzzle that I can't solve, I don't have a very big desire to buy more puzzles. There are a few puzzles that would challenge me...but I don't have a lot of money as of right now. So my question is:

How challenging is the skewb? I have never seen a skewb in real life. This puzzles isn't discussed much. Would it be a challenge to solve without the use of tutorials?

^Nah, the skewb is very easy. It can be done intuitively very quickly. I think skewb diamonds are cool, but they're also not that hard. Naturally, all the hard ones are expensive. Maybe make a 3x4x5? :)

ALSO, I just got back from DC Open, and as you could guess, I want another 3x3. I STILL CAN'T FIND THE PERFECT ONE!!!

The Edison Cubes were good, but they were too tight. Honestly, Felix Lee's FI and C4Y Core hybrid was the best I've felt. It was great. :) But does anyone has any input. lol.
