Same here,do you use it in all your speedsolves where you get an L case?

it depends on which angle I get them from, if I get them from my normal OLL angle and it is one of the comms I will just do OLL and sometimes end up eating the diag corners.

Just for eric : All my L COLLs -

Opp stickers on top -

FRU is same/opp of top colors

F R' F' r U R U' r' (inverse of normal chameleon T OCLL)

FRU is adj color to top colors

y F' r U R' U' r' F R (normal OLL)

Stickers are matching on top

FRU is adj color

R U2 R D R' U2 R D' R2 (A9 Comm, inverse of common Headlights OLL)

FRU is opp color

y' R' U2 R' D' R U2 R' D R2

Stickers are adj on top

FRU PIECE has matching colors (FRU matches URB and RFU matches ULF, but i just recognize that the FRU piece is matching)

y' r' U2 R2 B' R' B R' U2 r (mirror of the common R U2 R' sledge fish OLL, with 2 wide turns to preserve EO)

FRU PIECE has opposite stickers

R U R' U R U2 R' U R' U' R U' R' U2 R (two sunes, theres probably a better one out there)

That took a lot of effort

I use COLL whenever I can hoping for a skip. :)

My question: I just received my brand new vcube 5,its terrible out of the box and I have to apply a lot of force to turn it,So I'm sure lubing and modding would help,Can someone please guide me to the latest mods available for V cube 5,I will also be lubing it but I'm not sure where to apply the lube,so yeah this is my first ever 5x5 and any help would be appreciated.

EDIT : WOOOOOT!!! 500TH POST

You're telling him wrong. That's not what it is.
Normal CLL algs don't preserve all of the edges and it might preserve some and mix up random edges on a 3x3 cube but since there are no edges on a 2x2 they are okay to use on 2x2. But with COLL you solve all of the corners in the LL in one look while preserving all of the edges except the LL edges but I does preserve the LL edge's orientation.

And no. Solving a 2x2 but with 3x3 algs is called LBL. The first layer being your "cross" and the last layer being OLL and PLL just forgetting the edges.

I feel like my questions never get answered or fully answered on this thread...
