Question: How many states are there on a 3x3x3 that have no 2 same colors touching?
Diagonally touching corners aren't counted as touching so for instance, the checkerboard pattern is counted.

Me three! But I'm also a programmer so that may have something to do with it...Anyway I just wanted to chime in here and say that I used to play a lot of Tetris and I think to a certain extent it helped my look ahead. But of course like Rocky said, nothing can substitute practice.

If I have to correct mistakes, about 80 WPM. If not... idk.

Punctuation is still typing. I am about the same but with no mistakes probably 90 wpm.

There are pure OCLLs on the wiki, and you can find them on BOCA by looking at the ZBLL cases with EP solved. Pure flips for the corners-oriented cases are also on the wiki. I'm not sure where to find the others, but you could use cube explorer to set up OLL cases where permutation is solved and find algs like that.

100ish, but now my U key only responds about 75% of the time so probably less now

somewhere around 80-90 wpm if 100% accuracy.

Most would answer no. I'll ask you this: with the VH approach being so easy to learn, why do you think all top cubers still use OLL/PLL as their main approach?

It's slower. I used it as my main method for a while and at the time I knew like 150 ZBLLs (80-100 of which I had little trouble recognizing), still slower.

Maru Lube is good if you want to speed your cube up for a short while (it doesn't last very long). Lightake ships to anywhere in the world for free.

Well in my experience Maru lube lasts at most maybe a week before it completely dries out.

Actually, Maru lube lasts for no more than a day, but it is great for 5x5 and up because it is easy to apply and work in. You shouldn't buy Lubix, it is really just 50K weight differential oil, get that instead. You can buy a big bottle in less than 10 USD, but I think Lubix costs over 20 USD for the same amount (just a safe guess, it is most likely an underestimation).
