I have used QQtimer but it only gives me scrambles for scrambleing the last F2L slot + Last layer and not just Last layer only.

Clear your cache and try again. There is a Last Layer scrambler under 3x3 Subsets.

Do the Fangshi ShuangRen v1 and v2 have the same washers? I was cleaning my v2 out and lost a washer. I have a broken v1 that I can take a washer out of, but want to make sure they use the same washers.

I think so ya it seems like most of the 3x3's now a days use the same type of washer.

From what I've noticed, each company uses a slightly different washer, but the companies always stick to whatever type of washer they use.

Depends on what kind of lube you use, try a silicone based lube or use differential oil. Also, use a more viscous version of the lube, so you don't have to take your cube apart every few week.

Erosion is a natural consequence of using the puzzles a lot. I think it's reasonable to assume that lubricating a cube slows down that process, and therefore not lubing would be worse-off. However I wouldn't worry too much about it. Ultimately, if you use the cube a hell of a lot erosion will occur.
