What time (splits) should I aim for to improve at ZZ if I'm a 17-18 sec ZZ solver? (let's say i wanna go down to sub-15 at first and then sub-12 and then sub-10, why not!)
Especially fo EOline, what sould I aim for?
And for F2B and LL?

I would like to know from the fast ZZ solvers who have already passed this point... what did you focus on?

I don't quite get it: In a competition does in each person get the same scrambles?

Each group of competitors will get the same scrambles.
Sometimes there will be one group and other times there will be multiple groups.
The 1st round of a popular event will usually have more than one group, and the final round will be a single group.

How can you get alg.garron.us to count your moves?

Thanks! Don't some people have an advantage then, for ex. in a final the sit there and watch the solves, they might get a peak at the scrambles?

We trust them not to. But in 3x3 final, we made some of the finalists leave while the others solved. Anyway, it is hard to really take advantage because the competitors are far enough away that they can't see it easily.

I don't think you can. I always just count them myself.

My question: I think my turning style sucks and is hurting my times. Any tips for making it better? I have a few vids on my channel and could make more if needed.

Assuming it hasn't changed since your video for CBC, IMO you use way too much motion in your fingers. If you watch any of my solves, I use just the tips of my fingers to have the least possible wasted motion. Try to mimick that.

Hmm. I do see the difference. Not sure how to fix it though. I do use a different cube than in the CBC video though.

For 6x6 I solve the centers in 3:30-4 min. Can someone link me to a good video on improving 6x6 centers?

Does that help?

4x4 times:
1:24.05, 1:22.84, 52.86, 1:13.30, 1:05.85, 58.50, 1:12.31, 1:09.80, 1:04.64, 59.28, 1:20.59, 1:04.06, 1:17.40, 58.09, 57.02, 1:17.05, 1:16.41, 1:05.50, 1:06.56
There's a PB single in there, what's wrong with me ;_;

No pops happened and no major lock ups.

Has anyone else had this happening to them? During the past few days I've been getting sub 1s which are great for me but also a lot of +1:15s which is very unusual.
