I average around 1:50 with 4x4(I know it sucks but I never solve it).
anyway do you think I should stick to 2 edge pairing for now until I get faster or switch to 3-2-2-2-3?

Switch and practice 4x4 every once in a while.
It's not that hard to switch, just takes some getting used to but at your speed, it probably won't do anything to your times.

solve with fewest moves - Is U2 or R2 one move or two? Thanks.

As the subject suggests, just wondering when you count moves for solves, is a double turn counted as one move or two. Thanks.

Relearning CLL and finding it difficult to practice recognition of the ones I know when they only have a 7/42 chance of appearing. I know there are 3x3 scramblers that scramble to a certain step.

Can one of the programmers on the forum make a scrambler for learning CLL, where the scramble leaves a solved first layer and one of the known CLL cases?

Also, I'm learning H first since there is only 4 cases. Which sub-set is the most useful to learn next?

Useful? Probably U or L.
Next? I would say pi

What exactly would make one CLL set more "useful" if you plan on learning all of them soon anyway? Every set, aside from H, has the same likelihood of showing up in a solve.

Well, lall the H cases are easily recognized. Which set would be the best set to learn in regards to ease of recognition?

On 30k and 50k traxxas oil, is one weight better for certain cubes than another? I am mainly looking to lube my wittwo. but would prefer to get the best weight for most cubes.

For me personally, from easiest to hardest it goes something like H > T > Pi > U >> L/Sune/Antisune. Though, disregarding my personal bias against a couple Pi cases, H and Pi are probably the best in this regard simply because both can be recognized from any angle the easiest, since all the necessary stickers for recog are on U, while the rest of the sets would require you to actually learn how to recognize from different angles

Not really, 50k is more gummy and 30k is more speedy. It doesn't really matter which one you choose for all cubes. If you want faster cubes, go with 30k if you want more gummy cubes, go with 50k. I think some people even mix both to make their own weight to try to get 43k weight or something.

I personally just use 50k in everything and 1-2 drops of maru after the lube works in if needed for maximum smoothness and speed.

Cube in a cube in a cube algorithm

Can someone tell me what alg to apply to a solved cube (3x3) to get cube in a cube in a cube pattern please.
Thanks.

am I correct to assume I can just suck it into my empty lubix syringe? or do I need to get an applicator also.
