2x2 method ortega or guimond?
I've started learning guimond not going so well can remember any off the algorithms but Im willing to put quite alot of time in learning it or Ortega. Which is easier to learn, which gets faster time, which has less algorithms etc. Which would you recommend?

I haven´t tried Guimond, but if you are a CFOP user and know 2 look OLL and full PLL Ortega is easy to learn. Only 4 of the 12 algorithms I use for Ortega was completely new.

Few actually use guimond. Ortega is easier to learn and fewer algorithms. If you already know oll algs for 2x2 it is only 3 or 4 new algorithms. Ortega has gotten sub-3 so it is fast. I recommend Ortega. It provides a better transition into cll/eg.
