is their a tutorial out there for tensioning ss v3 4x4s. i cant seem to tension this thing very well :/

The sweet spot is definitely very small, especially if you've replaced the springs. I recommend taking it apart and making it so that you can only pull the centers out a millimeter. Then put it together and loosen or tighten by 1/4 or 1/8 turns until you reach where it feels really good.

I put Dayan springs from speedcubeshop in mine and I think they made it a little better. Not as major an improvement as for the 6x6 though. The only disadvantage I found was what I already mentioned, that there is now like half a turn between too loose and too tight.

What do you mean by mods/modifications? I want to make my Zhanchi fast cuz It is not much satisfactory.

Many of the top cubers (Feliks, Breandan, Erik etc.) have PLL algs/fingertricks on YouTube. Check them out.

I'm currently changing my SS spring with the dayan springs in my 6x6 and I somehow screwed up the alignment mechanism- It was a little bump on the white side, and during the interchanging of the springs, I got it moved and now M slice don't work anymore, how do I fix it?
