EDIT:My question:What is the UWR for the LBL method?

You'll have to be more specific with details. Is this with a 4LLL? Do you have to solve the cross before solving the first layer, or can you blockbuild? Even if you do set rules, it's hard get an UWR for it, because frankly, I don't think many people care enough to keep track of this.

I think I'd like to get into 2x2 speedcubing (I'm currently around 18-19 with the 3x3), but I'm curious about how good the cubes are. I recently got a Lubix Fusions (judge me, I know), and it's pretty awesome. Is there a comparable 2x2 (minimal lockups, no pops, really fast with good corner cutting) out there? Back... like, three years ago, now, I got a V-cube 2x2, and I had real trouble with lock-ups. Is that still a problem?

I guess it could be, like, two years ago? I don't really remember very well.

I guess my question could have been phrased a little bit better. Since I quit cubing (back when there was still just C4U's a's and c's), 3x3's have improved by leaps and bounds. Have 2x2's also gotten a lot better since then? Or do they still suffer from poor corner-cutting and frequent lock-ups?
