I personally think it's really expensive for just a tiny thing of lube, and even if it can lube 15 cubes or however much they advertise, you can get Maru lube or just plain silicone spray for cheaper and it lasts for much, much longer (my only vial of Maru lube, for instance, is halfway used and I've lubed many, many cubes with it; and with my silicone spray, it's the same story). I think that Lubix works well on certain cubes (Dayan GuHong is a good example), but for other cubes you might just as well lube it with something else that's cheaper (Maru or CRC) so in the end I would say it's not really worth it. I don't have the biggest cube collection (only 6 or so 3x3x3s) but I've used Lubix on a GuHong, a LingYun, an Alpha V, Alpha V-f, and an F-II but the only cube out of that set that I would feel like I couldn't make that good without Lubix was the GuHong. The other cubes I've lubed with Lubix are nice, but not amazing at all, and I feel that I could have achieved the same goodness with other lubricant (Maru or CRC). And I've got 2 GuHongs (one lubed with Lubix (the Ultimate GuHong (I got it for free, otherwise I probably wouldn't have bought it)) and the other without), and I still like the one without Lubix a lot.

Overall, if you want to try it out or if you have a billion GuHongs lying about, you should get it. Otherwise, just don't because it's too expensive when you can get cheaper, just as good alternatives.

Oh, and I don't mean to be hating on the Lubix company, what they're doing is great; I'm just saying that the prices are a bit too high for the quality of lubricant that you get.

What is the best lube for LanLan 2x2s?
 
My master magic is in a very jumbled position. It is in the 2x6 orientation, but I haven't got it to the "scrambled" position after a few hours of playing with it. Help please?

I could only find how to solve it, not how to fix a jumbled one, is there anything else i can try?
This is quite urgent as i have a competiton tomorrow and need to have a master magic that is ready to solve.

I just ordered my DIY Dayan Lunhui yesterday. I've watched a couple videos and I'm really looking forward to it. I plan on assembling all the pieces and then doing the 48 point edge mod before assembling the cube. In my Guhong I replaced the stock core with a C4Y core and I was thinking about doing the same thing with the Lunhui when I get it. Will the C4Y core fit the Lunhui? Has anyone done this yet? If so did you have good results? I really like the C4Y core in my Guhong and I'm hoping that it will do as well in the Lunhui.

Also, I know that for the Dayan+Mf8 4x4 people have said, "Lubix the core, Maru lube on the outside." Will Lubix work just as well on the outside? If I can avoid buying the Maru lube I plan on it.
 
hello~ so i finally got to ask a question here...so..i have a little prob..i use the fridrich method and i want to do the cross faster..so everytime i ask about a place where they explain the advanced cross properly they always give me the badmephisto guy's video...i have seen that video over a tons of times ..and still dont get the point..i do the cross on the bottom and everything but isnt there another place where they explain the advanced cross?? thanks~!

This page might help you a bit. Blue cross, you can change that on the right though under Color Scheme.
