Is Taiyan II a good cube? :)

I loved it at first, but I find it takes way to much maintenance for me to bother with. If you can keep it clean, it's not a bad cube. Some people love the clicky/crunchy feel of it, and some people hate it.

Is there a (decent) algorithm out there to flip two opposite middle-inner edge thingies on a 5x5?

Do you mean the last case seen here?

No, that's switching the two outer edge thingies (Yes, that's the official name). I mean, like flipping 2 inner middle edge thingies, since I know doing just one is impossible.

If you flip the 2 whole tredges like on a 3x3, then do orientation parity on both of them, you'll get the effect. But that takes way too long.

BLD question:
I use Pochmann method.
I don't know what to do in this case.

my buffer piece is UR. in this case, it is yellow/blue.
I always use Orange as front, Yellow as top.
all the edges are in their correct place, except these two:
FR and FD.
I know I can easily switch them the by doing a X and then a J perm. but this way, the corners that switch, are not the corners that are near my buffer piece.
so, what are the ways to handle this situation.
what if these two edges were flipped too?
(I don't want to break into a new cycle)
