Which method is the guy in this video using?
He solved it in only 29 moves

Maybe he plugged the scramble into some program? (Paused the recording at somepoint.) Seeing as how he didn't rotate/look around the cube, I don't think it was a viable method.

Yeah, it struck me that he was just performing moves without looking at the cube itself. I was like: 'he must have a freaking good memory to memorize the entire cube in half a minute'

He held the cube still once on each face for a few seconds. IMO, he wrote a program which takes input from stills of the cube and then calculates the optimal solution. Very doable, a couple of my friends from uni wrote a program that did something similar to help people learn to solve the cube (the reason I got into cubing!).

RubikSolver.net, if anyone's interested.

EDIT: Re-reading what I wrote, I sound like a nut job! =p I'm probably wrong, but it could be that.

Any help would be appreciated.

1. My retooled Rubik's 4x4 is really loose. It turns good, but it's really loose. How can I make it tighter? I don't really care if it doesn't turn as well, I just want to be able to use it in public without being scared of loosing a whole bunch of pieces.

2. I am completely colour fixed on 2x2. Is there a method that works well with fixed colours?

1. You know the answer. Save yourself the trouble and get a non-rubik's 4x4
2. Just work at going CN (as stated above, barely any methods are truly good for fixed color)

Is there a good way to remove Ghosthand I center caps without damaging the plastic too much? I tried prying it out, but it seems glued tightly on. :(

Just keep trying. They should come off eventually. A friend of mine spent most of a school day getting his off.

1. I have 2 others, I just want my Rubik's to be somewhat useful to me, instead of just having to throw it out or something.
2. Colour neutral... You said barely any, which ones might those be?

I'm going to travel to China, can you tell me where to buy cube in China :D Thanks in advance

on websites such as taobao (I hope you know Chinese...)

My question: How to practice U2 with left hand? I can't get it..

Hold your your cube with both your hands. Put your left index finger on the UL Corner. Flick it towards you. While it's in motion spinning, and the next corner is coming up, get your middle finger (don't give the bird), and flick it when the corner comes up.
