seriously where can I get sound blocking headphones that aren't Bose (too expensive)

umm, i have some outside but its dark, so i cant check, try checking popbuying maybe? they sell stuff like that, i guess that might work if your cats arent hairy enough

Actually, something tells me that cats around your ears would cause more noise than you would want

Yeah, he teaches a fast and easy to understand method.

One little note, after you become comfortable with his method, try to do CP in one step rather than top and bottom separately, it's kind of weird IMO.
