Can you use a mini cube for 3x3 or one handed in a competition? What about a crazy foot cube for feet solving in competitions?

Why not? If it's not in the regulations that you can't use a different sized cube, then go right ahead.

I heard someone say you couldn't use mini cubes for 3x3.
Then I guess all the solves that Erik did with a mini ds should be DNFed right?

oh

I think that the mini ds wasn't competition legal because of the fact that it originally comes with the colours painted on. It was just a coincidence that it was also mini :p

NO. DON'T TRY POPBUYING FOR THIS. GO STRAIGHT TO AMAZON AND DO A QUICK SEARCH. THE EXTRA DOLLAR WILL BE SO MUCH WORTH IT.

Seriously. And get a long 12' cord too, for about USD $5 and it comes in about a week. Don't fool around and wait a month for something that you'll be like, "DAMMIT!" Adapter, watch out, make absolutely sure it's 3.5 opening, cause I have 3 of these 'worthless' 2.5-3.5 mm jacks sitting in my house collecting dust.

Is this Ryan Chan guy over at the Sunday Contest real? This guy is getting world record times easy.

Is it worth it to open up my Rubik's 4x4 revenge, clean it, lube it and sand the rough parts a little? It seems like an hour's work at best and not sure if the result will be worth it (why do I doubt it?).

Is it possible to make a cube out of glue? Which glue would be the strongest and have the least friction? How should I make the mold for the pieces?

Goings, I once had to cast an internal piece out of superglue for my 6x6.

It worked actually.
I assume that if you were to do that for a whole cube, it would be possible, just not really good.

Yea, I'm just wanting a novelty item. I'm hoping that it would never break though. I'm hoping that the colour of the glue won't be white though, that would be not good for me. The hardest part for me to figure out is how to cast the pieces.

100% chance no for me. Check out his 2x2 times on his WCA Profile.

Lol, maybe he thinks the comp is for 2x2 and he got better at it :P
