Ok, for the 4x4, what is a pretty standard split?
Example: 20% centers, 30% edges, 40% 3x3, 10% parity
What is a standard time split?

I am just starting to learn PLLs and am using Badmephisto's site.
I am wondering why are there 2 A Perms?
With the same A perm [A(a)] I can solve both cases of switching corners. It seems to be just a matter of how I orient the cube when I solve it.

It's late and maybe there's something I am not realizing --which is probably the case. I just thought I would post this in the question thread for some enlightenment when I wake up.

If you perform the A(a) perm on a solved cube, you get the A(b) perm case. But if you orient the cube different it appears to be the A(a) perm case. BUT, that is disregarding the edges! If you do this, you end up with the H perm. So if you have only the A(b) to do to solve the cube, but orient differently and do an A(a) perm, you will not solve cube.

So if my edges are all aligned I want to do whichever A Perm that will rotate the 3 corners where I wont have to realign edges afterward.

Anyone with a myspace want to help me spam this noob?

He sent a message saying "No one cares about cubes, so stop posting videos of them" I replied by telling him to just not watch them. Simple as that, but I'm wondering if my little forum buddies can spam him telling him how awesome Rubik's cubes are, and sending him Rubik's videos.... anyone wanna help?

Is TwistyPuzzles really speedcubing? I've browsed it a bit and it seemed more like puzzle theory, puzzle collectors and puzzle building.

Mhh, it is definately more collecting oriented. I also really don't like the layout of the forum, speedsolving.com is way better.
