How long does it take the pillowed cube syndrome i.e. cubes feel wierd after playing with 7x7, kinda convex.
And also is there a way to get over this so this syndrome doesn't occur

Warm up with non-pillowed puzzles.THEN start timing yourself. Just keep practicing over and over and over again with all your puzzles. This way they'll just feel more natural in you hands.
I have a QJ minx that i use for speedsolving. In my opinion it is almost as good as the meffert's minx after setting good tension and properly lubing it. However, it does tend to pop quite a bit which can be annoying on minx. It cuts corners pretty well too

I don't think many people are that fast, what you can do is look at Nakijima's video with the World record solve, download it and slow it down. I know it's not a good angle, it's the best I can suggest.

I neglected to get a screw/spring/washer set with my previous cube4you order. I did pestvic's mod on my storebought 3x3x3 to turn it into a diy with a cube4you core. But now I don't have any washers that fit, and I don't want to make another c4y order (at least for a few months). So I went around my small town to 4 different locations including Home Depot that might have the right washers. None of them did of course. The washers I need are simply too small.
So my question is do craft stores in general that I could drive to have small washers (about M2 in size)? The smallest I could find were M6, and they are way too big. If not, are there any web sites that have the right washers besides c4y, maybe with free shipping...? *goes to check DE*
For now I am using the little jacked up washers that were originally in my 3x3x3 storebought. Also, I'm using the c4y brand spring set from a previous order and it lacks in tension, so the washers help tighten the cube up so it doesn't simply fall apart in my hands. The washers also prevent the scratchy sound the springs make.
Is anyone here having problems with C4U status display? i paid already but it still says unpaid for 4 days now, I go my e-mail from pay-pal that i pail already.
