Where can I foun info on how to mod a GuHong?

Does the POM Gughong worth the difference (i have a regular one)?

Thanks!

All things considered, sub 10 on the 7x7 is pretty good. So if you can get sub 6 you're doing well.

how long does it take to understand the intuitive method of F2L for you guys?
its tough memorizing all of the algorithms although im definitely willing to try, but intuitive is definitely better

what alpha is the micro alpha 52 mm based on? AIII-f or Haiyan's Haiyan or AV-f?
I'm pretty sure it's not modelled after anything (here would be my source). And since that post has been made, the Alpha V-f has been released, but I don't see enough of a resemblance between the two for it to be modelled after anything.

I never did a LBL method I went straight into fridrich f2l from the start. it took me about 2 days to actually understand how to make one. Another day to understand what the pieces were doing. And about another week to learn the optimal "algs" for each F2L case.

i dont know how to solve it but i have been able get it in a cube shape with 2 completed layers. which tutorial should i use?

this?

Id go with thrawsts over his. at least thrawst uses standard notation.

Use his method for the square part, then add these algs,(Method 1) as you advance. Its the same concept, get 6 corners on bottom, but you do not have to worry about the top at all. So it will decrease move count and time. After that, I'd highly recommend Method 2. Its pretty difficult, but once masterd, the square part can me solve in around 7 twists.

Then, I would recommend, do the bottom layer intuitive.(gets rid of a lot of algs) start by solving the DFL and DBL corners along with the DL edge, then add the DB and DR edge along with the DFR corner, then use the 3 edge cycle alg from the thrawst video to pair the last bottom edge with its corner. Then do 1,0/3,0/-3,0/ to place that pair. Then use a corner alg, the 3 cycle and the parity alg from the thrawst video.

The hardest part is the second bottom layer part. But otherwise its pretty simple. After I get the bottom layer and the square part pretty fast, Im going to start working on avoiding parity. When you solve the top corners, if you know a few extra algs (8 i think) you can solve the corners and fix a parity, or solve the corners and leave the edges alone, in order to never get paritys at all. All algs can be found on that page. And since they are all PLLs, sometimes you can solve the top layer in one alg. :D

Whats the step in Square-1 after youve got it back in cube shape and have the respected colors on top and bottom. Its where you permute both layers at once.

That would be a massive amount of algs. lol. the methods I know are, one layer then the other. or solve the corners in the bottom layer, then top, then permute all edges.
