I do believe the chance for PLL skip after WV is 1/72.

If I use WV and the cube is solved, is it considered to be an LL skip (or just PLL skip)?
(Since WV is just a fancy way to solve the last slot.)

Winter Variation known as f2ll is a way to force an oll skip so since you worked for it I would just call it a worked oll skip and a pll skip, so just a pll skip (IMO)

The chance for a PLL skip after WV is the same as after OLL, since WV+EO algs don't solve permutation of any pieces. So yes, you're correct.

I would describe that as a EO skip + PLL skip. It's not as likely as a PLL skip, but also more likely than a LL skip.

What is your take on THIS?

Is it worth getting?

If you don't mind the price, it's definitely worth getting.

Dillon says it sucks, so i guess it's not worth it.

Honestly, I like how Jig-a-Loo affects my cubes better. Not to mention it lasts a heck of a lot longer.

But would jig a loo or crc work for the guhong? Mixed opinions damn. I'm just gonna buy the maru lube and get that thing for my cheapskate friends haha

in advanced edge pairing on the 4x4, (2 at a time) most of the time I can't find the last needed edge on the top or even the bottom layer to pair up the last one. and I can usually make 2 separate edges pairs one by one, faster than making 2 edge pairs using the advanced method.
any suggestion?

Use yau. If you don't want to do that use 6 pair, then 4 pair, then 2 pair.

CCT Question

Is there an updated version of CCT with optimized 2x2 scrambles?

This belongs in the one answer question thread. The 2x2 scrambles are optimized for RUF, but not optimal as in the shortest solution for the scramble. I'm talking about CCT v0.9.5
