How should I practice BLD? I'm finally able to visually solve the edges. Next I will be trying to visually solve the corners, then Blindfolded edges, then blindfolded corners, then both. Is that ok, or it there a better way to practice it?

This is the exact way I did it.
Just make sure you take enough time for memo on your first real blindsolve.
My first one was something like 19:20.xx in total, memo part was about 15 minutes.
(I'm at approx. 3 - 5 minutes now, but I don't really practice)
Don't care about time on your first few solves. Speed comes with practice.

another thing, How can I permute a corner that is already orientated, but twisted incorrectly?

in bld i permute corners with beginners method:
hold first corner at UFR, then do either
[(F' R F R')(F' R F R')] or [(R F' R' F)(R F' R' F)]
(depends on direction it hast to be twisted, e.g. clockwise or counterclockwise.)
then turn the U layer until the next corner is at UFR and repeat the above.
you have to make sure all the corners you want to permute are in the U layer, you may have to use setup-moves first.
easy to rember rules for corners:
2 corners = one cw and one ccw
3 corners = either 3 cw or 3 ccw
4 corners = 2 cw and 2 ccw

this is definetly not a fast way to do it, but it works.
maybe you want to check out the blind section.
