Learn Redux if you haven't solved a 4x4 before. I am switching to Yau as soon as I get a sub 2 average.

When competing officially in multi blind, if we accidentally make a move on one cube while memorising, what are the penalties? Is that cube dnfed or we can undo the move or the whole attempt is DNF?

The H cases are the easiest (there are only four of them!). Then move on to the Pi cases because a lot of the algorithms people use for 3x3 speedsolving. It gets easier after that, so have fun

You don't...you improve on them individually. I suggest that you start with 3x3 for obvious reasons

I have not memorized my colour scheme. At least not for 3x3(I do know it for 4x4), I just know opposites, White-Yellow, Red-Orange, Blue-Green for me, and it takes 0.25 seconds to see adjacent centers which to allows you know where pieces go.

I would guess I do it the same as you then, but I regrip before I get to the move, rather than after I've finished the D before it. By doing it like this the regrip can take 0 time.
