How long does it usually take for someone's name to appear as a registered competitor on the WCA?
When you register for a competition your registration usually shows up immediately but some competitions require an e-mail confirmation. If you mean how long does it take to get your WCA ID, you get that after going to your first competition.

I have recently registered for a comp but It's not showing that I (or anyone for that matter) has registered.
It did ask for an email address but I haven't received anything yet.
Should I try registering again?

If no one else is showing up then I wouldn't worry for now. Registration for the Thailand competition is different than what I'm used to though.

Some websites list both a Ganspuzzle III and a Gans III. Are they one and the same?

How do the mini Weilong and mini Zhanchi (55m version) compare in size to each other? Is one of them a smidge smaller than the other? I know technically the Weilong is supposed to be smaller, but production tolerances can vary.

Gans 3 and GansPuzzle 3 are the same. Mini WeiLongs are 54.6 mm's so pretty close to the Zhanchi, you'll barely be able to tell a difference in size.

HELP I desperately need to know how to solve the last 2 centers of the 7x7 (the last two pieces, outer edge wings). Do I use commutators or do I just learn an alg? What is the alg for this? I looked on YouTube and I didn't get how do do it. Thank you!

EDIT: now I know I HAVE to use a commutator, could somebody tell me how to use one? The youtube videos just tell me to use a commutator, but they don't tell me how to use one. Thank you!

EDIT: I figured out how to do it myself after like 15 solves:D

Do you know how to solve a 5x5?

Is it better to teach a beginner sexy method or Leyan Lo's solution? Sexy is easier but Leyan Lo's isn't too hard to learn from (I learned it from his) and it is a better transition into fridrich.

I think you should go with teaching Leyan's method. Sexy method should really only be taught to people finding it difficult to learn other methods IMO.

how do i do an average of 50? i used my qj timer and got my times on a paper. what toptimes and low times do i take off
Usually the fastest and slowest 5%.
If you import them into qqTimer, click "show timer options" and click "not using average of 50" to change it to "using average of 50". It should then give you an Ao50 without you having to do any calculations.

I've got all cube sizes from 2x2 - 7x7, but I've never had my own megaminx, I've handled some at comps but never solved one, I've just recieved my Dayan megaminx and I've got up to the 2nd layer, but I'm clueless on where to progress, any videos/advice would be appreciated.

Question: I got a Shengshou 7 and 5 from Amazon.com a week ago. the 7x7 seems slower than the 5x5 and it feels like there is no factory lube. Is that normal? Have I gotten a fake? could somebody post a picture of a corner center piece to compare?
