Yes, but Rotations are faster than d moves because you can easily get lockups while turning 2 layers

Are WCA delegates pretty lenient when it comes to wear-and-tear with the stickers? I'm worried my cube's stickers might be too "broken". They're not bad really: I'm still worried.

In a mean, no times are removed
In an average, the worst solve and best is removed(For Ao5 and Ao12), for larger averages, I'm not sure....
If you're referring to officially, consider looking at the regulations

Considering the WCA uses HTM, I would think it is a DNF.
It is, M is considered R L', therefore 2 moves

30k is good for the 4x4 and 2x2. The thing is not to use to much of it.

1. Does the YJ SuLong have the same Core as the MoYu HuanYing/WeiLong? My screws are in REALLY CROOKED, and you can easily notice it just by taking off the center caps. I want to buy a new core, and at TheCubicle.us, they only have the spare cores that go in the MoYu HuanYing/WeiLong.
2. I heard that the DaYan PanShi is a lot better if you switch out the core or something like that. Can someone tell me what do I replace??? I think I heard it in a CBC video...

for 1 i am pretty sure they are the same core...
and as for 2 i dont recall CBC sayong anything about changing core...he only mentioned that used a wrong lube...and changing the lube made it way better
