Yeah I think you're thinking of puzzleaddictions, they gave you two full sets of stickers. Cheap stickers too. But now that it's down I think thecubicle.us is probably the best site for stickers.
I really want to get a shape shifting puzzle but I don't want it to be too hard. Currently i can easily solve a 4x4, but i don't care for speedsolving it.

You only need 2-look OLL. Don't learn more OLLs. First, learn PLL. Make sure you have algs that you like. Start to look ahead more - lookahead will really help you to get sub-20. Don't learn OLL until you are at least sub-20, and only learn COLL after you're comfortable with OLL and are sub-15 (or learn COLL before OLL if you switch to ZZ).

Don't listen to this. Definitely finish learning PLL first, but once you're comfortable with PLL, start learning OLLs whenever you feel like it. You don't have to wait until you reach some arbitrary time barrier.
From where do the Mouse OLLs (3 and 4) get their name? I don't see a mouse looking down -- with just the center and one corner. Maybe with the un-oriented edges/corners somehow?
ANSWERING MY OWN QUESTION: OHHHHH. I see it now. The center, oriented corner, and un-oriented edge (on the side with the un-oriented edge only, and no un-oriented corner) form a mouse shape. See below.
