What are commutators and conjugators? I can't really seem to find any sources that made I understand it. Lol

A commutator is an alg of the form X Y X' Y'. X and Y are sequences of moves, X' and Y' are their inverses. They're very useful in BLD for cycling pieces around, but they have lots of other uses as well.

A conjugate is similar, but its form is X Y X'.

Oh, that makes sense. I don't think I know how to use it on my solves yet. haha

I'll try to fully understand them eventually. But, it's not actually that important, right? I mean, I don't do blindsolving yet.

I only have 4 more OLL's to learn before I know full CFOP. I want to learn something more, what is next? Also what is sup? I know it is the opposite of sub, but where is it from?

Edit: Is it normal to have nl pb's better than lucky around 19.25 average?

I learned that no matter what cube I use, I can still get sub-20 right? What's important is my enthusiasm, skills, knowledge about speecubing and modding cubes and fingertricks. If I'm not mistaken though.

Well, any Cube at the level of a rubik's is sub-20-able. I'm not sure about crappy dollar-store ones.

Still hardware does matter. I'm sub 20 on a decent speedcube but not even close with say a rubiks brand or a cube that does not have an antipop mechanism.

Any speedcube is sub-20-able by anyone. A rubiks brand cube is sub-20-able only by people that could do much better with a good cube.

I'd say the cheapest option for a speedcube type puzzle is a shengshou aurora.
