Don't look at WAT YOUR DOIN but track the pieces for the NEXT STEP where you will know what to do.
You DO that while tracking the next PIECES.

Just send a mail to the organizer.
Typically you have received a confirmation email upon registration; just reply to that.

Cancelling your registration is the right thing to do.
Just "not showing" up is very unpolite (it could prevent people on the waiting list from competing while there are actually some open spots)

My WitEden 2x2 had an internal lockup and it looks to me like one of the centre pieces has twisted. Wondering what would be the best way to fix this.
You have to take it apart completely and put it back together, then there will be 3 pieces that have little hooks, these need to be around one corner and the rest can be anywhere

My Maru 5x5 has a clock imprinted on the plastic of the inner/main edge. This is only on one of the 12 edges, and it is pointing to 1 O'Clock. I was wondering if this was normal, and, if not, what is it worth/ why do I have it.

I think there's some toys that also have something like that. Don't know what it's for though.

Does anyone know anywhere where I can find the algs for the WO Pyraminx method?

You probably mean a date stamp, right? It tells when it was manufactured. It's common when making plastic parts.

I'm not sure which 3x3x3 method I should use. My current main is CFOP (with intuitive F2L, 2-look OLL and 11 PLLs) and I currently average between 30s and 40s (best 27.93 self-scrambled), however I am quite interested in Roux as well and with that method, I average around 1 min with a best of <50s. I do prefer Roux to CFOP and so am thinking of making that my main method and learning the CMLLs instead of PLLs+OLLs, but I also will need to use CFOP for big cubes with reduction as M-slicing big cubes is such a pain. So which method should I practice more?

The question is which do you find yourself doing more? The 3x3 or the big cubes?
Based on that if you like the 3x3 more focus on Roux, but if you're gonna enjoy yourself more messing around with big cubes focus on that.
I would focus more on the Roux and maybe before doing so just learn the rest of the PLLs, because you have 11, you're just a little more than 1/2 way there.

I put torpedoes into my Guhong, lubed with lubix, set the tension and solved it a couple times. After that, it started to explode every time i solve it... The tension isn't that loose and if i set it any tighter, it will suck...

any suggestion?

Make sure the edge pieces are closed all the way. This may require some light modding for perfect fitment . I have videos on my lubixcubes YouTube on how to do this. Several others have covered this as well... Off the top of my head pestvic and tall5001 both have videos on this.

Hope this helps.

I'm quite confused about the difference of time limit and cut-off. For example, at German Open the time limit for 5x5 is 6 minutes, but the cutoff is 2:10, the format is Best of 2 / avg of 5 (<2:10). Does this mean I have two chances to get a single under 2:10, or I get no average at all?

right. one of the first two solves has to be faster than 2:10 to make an average of 5. even if the 3rd 4th and 5th solve are slower, you can do an ao5 then

I suck so hard at doing the cross, (I average 26seconds, but if i solve with the cross already solved i average sub 20) i want to try some some other methods for solving the first 2 layers. I am looking into petrus, youtube is just full of little kids saying ''get this piece and put it here'' *rotates cube does it wrong* ''no ignore that, i will take this edge *points at a corner*'', can anyone point be in the direction of a good video tutorial for petrus, or suggest some other methods, where i can still use Oll and Pll

I think Badmephisto has a good advanced cross tutorial. Let me see if I can find it... *goes on youtube*
Found it:
