Whats a good way to do M slices quickly?

You have to find the best way that works for you. Just use what you instinctively use.
If you're struggling to decide this is what I do:
M with right index
M' with left ring
M2' with left ring=> middle
M2 with r'MR
U2 with left index ONLY flick from FLU, or using right index=> middle
U2' with left index=>middle or left index ONLY
U left or right index
U' left index

NOTE: this is only my base fingertricks. I obviously use different ones if the situations calls for it.

What do you use M slices for? If you use Roux, then follow 5BLD's tips. If you use it for H and Z perms, then it depends on whether you are right or left handed. If you're right handed, you should do M' slices with your right index, and U' turns with your left index. If you're left handed, then you should do M' slices with your left index, and U turns with your right index. You only need to do M', M2', U'/U and U2'/U2 for H and Z perms luckily.

I'm teaching a friend to solve the cube, and he is really good at the algorithmic parts, but slower at intuition (well, he is kinda good considering he is a beginner, but I feel that algorithms are his strong side). Which method would be good for him? A method that has little intuition, but lots of alg-spamming.

You can learn algs for F2L. CFOP?

are you seeing what i'm seeing http://www.speedsolving.com/wiki/index.php/CLL_algorithms_(3x3x3)

It says that CLL is corner orientation for 3x3 but it gives me 4x4 center ALGs why?

They are Corner cases, just arranged weirdly. If you imagine the inner 2x2 coloured blocks as the corners of a 2x2, then any other colours are the colours you can use to help recognise the case. so for the first case, U U; you have 2 corners oriented, with a bar formed on the side of those 2 corners, and the other 2 are oriented towards the back and have opposite colours on top.

what is meant BackOrder on dealextreme?
thats what it say on an order instead of shipped.

it mean the product is curantly out of stock so they will sen the product when its in stock (don't have the product at the moment)
ok i understand that. But my order had more than 1 cube, so did they send the ones they have and wait for the other ones, or they have to wait for the order to be complete so they can send it?
