I have a breakdown of what I normally get in solves:

Im using CFOP with 3 look last layer

cross- 5-8 seconds
f2l- 18 seconds (with lookahead), 14 (without)
last layer- 12 seconds (way less if I get easy OLL)

What should I work on? and how?

Cross and F2L. Do some slow solves where you're not allowed to hesitate, or try cross+first pair BLD.
Last layer will improve on its own.

Do screws on cubes wear out after a while? I just had a thought as I loosened my zhanchi a lot.

Both are known for quite slow shipping; but as of late, I have actually been hearing some good reviews on Pickegg. I have seen some quit horrific stories on people's waiting time for their SS 6x6, but I think on other products, they probably have somewhat decent shipping.

If you are basing where you buy, based on only shipping times, I would probably go with Pickegg.

I ordered a cube from Pickegg.com and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the site?

I ordered from there on the 13th and my cubes just came yesterday. The box had almost no damage to it. It's pretty good and I got 5 dollars off because my order was over 50 bucks. Free shipping and the shipping took longer than it should have because the postal service here's pretty slow.

Why does my alpha V SUCK!? I bought it online and it came non lubed, non stickered and non tensioned, I have to do EVERYTHING!? Haha its not big deal, but I lubed the alpha with Lubix and it still has a locky sandy type feeling. oh and it pops so much, Not smooth at all. Anybody know why?
