so ive had my 4x4 for 2 days( my first one to) and this is my breakdown using yao

centers: 50-75
Edges 25-35 (32223)
3x3: 30-45

See my real problems is the centers, i think my edges and 3x3 are ok. is there Anyway/good guide to improve on the centers.

Thanks

Turn as fast as you can during centers...it's only one sticker so recognition isn't much of a problem.

Also, from what you posted, you're using redux, not yao

I'm trying to make a list of people who do COL (cross on left)
I found these people:
Ryan Patricio
Lars Vandenbergh
Sergey Ryabko
Leyan lo
Jessica Fridrich
Shelley Chang
Toby Mao
Péter Trombitás
Jesse Bonde

Is it true for these people?
and is there any other person?
thanks in advance.

Pablo Aguilar. (NR in Spain for 6x6 with a low 3 average)

I do, but I do a z after cross (I don't know if it is considered cross on left).

Blindfolded freestyle edges what's the best way to do double transpositions? Like two edge 2-cycles?

Also, how are 5-cycles used effectively?

Edit: Don't tell me I'm too inexperienced to do this. I'm exploring.

I have a guhong and I have no lube...Where I live, they do NOT sell silicone and I dont wanna use oil based silicone on my cube. Is it bad that I speed cube without lube???

There is a OAQT for BLD. Use that in the future because your question will likely be missed otherwise.

5cycles are so rare, I wouldn't even bother with them. They come up so infrequently, and recognizing the exact case is slow, and if you waste time recognizing and it turns out the case actually isn't the one you know, you wasted time.

Commutators are good for solving more at once. Instead of a higher movecount such as Old Pochmann, where you spam yperm and solve 1 at a time. Commutators use basically half the amount of moves, and solve 2 pieces. It allows for lower movecount solutions, as well as faster execution times.
