It's called freefop because the first two layers can be built completely freely. There is no set way of completing F2L with freefop.

So I just got a new Ultimate Lubix Cube, and it is fast and cuts corners great, but it pops quite a bit. Is their a way to reduce popping?

Are the cubesmith standard 4x4 stickers http://cubesmith.com/4x4x4.htm the correct size for the DaYan/MF8 4x4? Unfortunately I cannot measure as the cube is still on its way from Lightake and I would like the stickers here for when it arrives.

Although, I do use a DaYan + mf8 4x4.

I used to have that problem, its your keyboard/spacebar, try replugging it in if you use an external one.

Tighten the screws 90 degrees and see if it gets better.

I think its a common problem, the best thing to do is get a diy. If there is a reason you want to keep it going anyway then im not sure but its probably a good time to get a Guhong or something else nice
