Just wondering, how many algs would it take to solve the whole last layer with one alg? I know it would be a ridiculous amount, way too much to ever learn since just ZBLL is like a couple hundred algs, but I'm just curious as to how many different algs there would be.

So, no last layer control? (ie all OLLs possible?)

This is not normal. If you contact the seller they'll probably send you one.
Wait, how do you assemble it without a core?

You couldn't have assembled it without a core (at least not into anything that resembles a rubik's cube that doesn't fall apart as soon as you pick it up without using glue/tape or something similar). The core is what you screw the center pieces into (well, i guess you don't screw the center pieces directly into the core, you screw the screws into the core, after sticking them through the spring, washer, and center piece), which holds the entire cube together. You must be confusing the core for something else. If you could take a picture or two, it would help to identify your problem (if, in fact, you have any problem at all).
