is lubix guhong better than normal guhong?
Personal preference.
how does a yj 5x5 compare to the v cube5? and the yj 4x4 to other 4x4s? thanks
Some pieces are hollow
Modded corners
Adjustable core.

For the 4x4, the two internal pieces are already molded in :D.
You have to mod the rest. It's also adjustable.
If a guy has registered for his first competition and he is taking part in 5+ events, but he couldn't go for the competition due to an urgent work, will his WCA profile page be made?

No, it won't be made because he didn't come to the comp to register for it.

How ironic...

*cough*

anyway, to actually make this a useful post, I have a question: Are there any tutorials for some kind of advanced edge pairing method on cubes larger than 4x4?

The first one changes it into a non-competition-legal puzzle, which I don't think is what he was looking for.
@DYGH.Tjen, that video isn't really an extensive mod, it is just tensioning and lubing, but from my personal experience, that is all a Square-1 really needs, I don't think it needs sanding

Lubricating and retensioning are not mods lolol. Ive watched this vid before. But thanks anyway.

@uberCuber, yep you're right. Lol. But mine cant turn like Bing Liang Li's can. :) nevermind then.

My bad, I don't even have a square-1 :D:D

Hey. Any good mf8 square-1 modding tutorials? (: thanks in advance.

Hey. Any good mf8 square-1 modding tutorials? (: thanks in advance. lol ignoring my question

First of all, no need to ask your question twice. Second, if someone doesn't answer your question, it doesn't mean they are ignoring it. They most likely do NOT know the answer to your question, so don't go around assuming someone ignored it.
Finally, why do you need a mod? It's already good in my experience. Just lubricate it and adjust the tensions.

Yea I put Lubix in my mf8 Square-1 and I put in a bit to much so it takes a minute or two of turning to get it really moving but it's still very good. At some point I'll clean out a little of it but right now since I'm still learning Square-1 it suffices.

Edit: Sorry for the double post. My wifi was lagging pretty bad for some reason and this was the result.
