What are the easiest PLLs to sub-1?
Which PLLs haven't been sub1?

I can sub1 Ja, Jb, H, Ua, Ub, Aa,
A perms are easy, so are U's, Jb, H. Rb is a bit questionable as to whether or not its "easy" but he basically got the ghist of it...

Sub 1 Y perm o_O so hard

I don't think y sub 1 is that crazy, i can sub 1.5 sometimes and people can turn way faster. I actually think N perm, and some Gs as well as F are the most O_o for Breandan

Double layer turns: I'm trying to use more d turns in my F2L instead of using a U turn and then rotating the cube. In theory this is quicker because it does both in one action but in practice I find it slower as I have to move my thumbs up onto the U layer. Is it just a question of getting used to the new movement or am I missing a trick?

How can you unscramble a master magic? I need it for Caltech Winter. Are there certain folds I can do?

I need to figure out how to get my master rmagic back to the 2x8 position then unscramble it. Any help?
Two birds with one stone... you can either a)restring it, which doesn't take as long as you think with patience and pain or b)Do random even crap on it that would get it to it's 2x8 state. After that, do some folds that would keep it in it's 2x8 form.

Practice.
how long does shipping take to the UK from Cube depot.
I ordered my cubes on saturday. When will they come
Ask the owner or find reviews of others in the UK ordering from UK.
if a string pops and you dont notice till you hit the timer is that a DNF?

10g) For Magic (and similar puzzles) the puzzle must be flat on the surface. The minimum angle that tiles must have compared to the connecting tiles is 135°.

•10g1) If one or two pairs of connecting tiles have a smaller angle with each other, and the puzzle is otherwise solved, then the puzzle is considered solved, with a penalty of 2 seconds. In all other cases the result is DNF.

10h) Other puzzles are solved according to the solved state as defined in the generally accepted goal of the puzzle, with the regulations of the cube solved state applied when applicable.

I favor the bold part of 10h.

If its solved I don't see why it would be a DNF.

What if in the last moves of your pll an edge pops, you finish cube and stop timer, all pieces in place except for the pop'd edge. No penalty, +2, DNF?

edit: I love yuu ninjas.

I believe that one piece is not a big deal according to the rules if I remember correctly. As long as it is clearly in a solved state, one piece is allowed. There were some questions on this when people asked if missing one center piece was a big deal on their F2. Bob said one was fine because its clearly in a solved state.

Reqest, Good alg for "A T-Perm that flips both edges?"

Heya,

Am currently messing about with Old Pochmann (BLD Method where you solve the edges with T perms and J Perms). UR is the buffer.

To solve sticker LU, you need to go L d' L (T-perm) (then L' d L'). That's 3 setup moves.

Does anyone have a better algorithm for this? I.e.:
"A T-Perm that flips both edges?"

Thanks in advance.

With the Dayan 4x4 the core is like a 2x2, if you unscrew the shell corner pieces you eventually have a 3x3 centre. So that is easy enough to assemble, then you can just screw the shell back in (though you may not need to unscrew mire than 1 or 2 corners (not sure as mine came in bits so I had to do it all from scratch).
