can someone direct me to a good 5x5 tutorial? (preferably non-video but if video is all there is i guess that will do)
it takes me forever to solve the last 2 centers

is normal to average 10 minutes the first day solving a megaminx????? i tought it would be like 4 mins but the first time i timed (lol) was 18 mins, the 2nd was 10 mins and then i average 10 mins, is that normal?? or i'm extremely bad at megaminx??
My question ~10 pages ago never got answered so I'll try to rephrase it.

Hello!
4x4x4 last edge pairing algorithm needed. Here's my cube.
The dedges in FL and FR are the final two edges.
What I would usually do in this case is flip one of the dedge's orientation with (R U' F y x') then use (u' R U R' F R' F' R u) to finish.
Is there another algorithm that isn't too long that will finish this edge pairing without (R U' F y x') at the
Maybe this will make more sense.
If your 4x4x4 scramble is u' R U R' F R' F' R u R U' B' R2
Ignoring that fact that the cube is almost solved, what moves would you use to finish this edge pair?

Nope, I don't think there is a faster way then what you're doing for the last 2 dedges.
However if there're other unsolved edges you can do u (pairing 1 edge), replace the paired edge with a random unsolved edge, u2 (pairing another edge), and replace that edge with:
1. another random unsolved edge, then do u' to fix centres (this pairs up 2 edges in total
2. an edge that would be paired up with the 1st random unsolved edge after fixing the centres with u' (this pairs up 3 edges in total)
