I've been solving OH for 3 days using left hand, and have been only OH solving. I do it while watching TV, while anywhere. But I'm still around 1:10. I don't feel like I'm improving, and I really turn slowly with this.

With right hand, I never really did OH sessions, but I got to 45-50 average quickly. I invert RU to LU for most algs, and algs I don't, I do a rotation to make the alg faster. With f2l, any RU slots, (I try to avoid them but they do come up) I do a z' to turn RU to UL.

Will left hand get me faster, or should I go back to right hand?

I'm learning 1-Look PLL, and I only have 6 cases left: Both Ns and all 4 Gs. Should I learn Gs or Ns first? And if G, is there a specific one I should start on?

Also, I use yellow instead of white as my bottom. Does this have any significant effect on anything?

Go ahead and learn the G's first. They come up more often.

And no, your cross color doesn't make a difference.
